In Texas, Pennsylvania and New Jersey the statute of limitations for a personal injury claim is 2 years, whereas the statute of limitations for a breach of contract is 4 years. At Novak Law, P.C., we work on a contingency fee basis for all personal injury cases. This means we only get paid if we win. There are no upfront costs or fees.  However, the Client is responsible for court costs and expenses regardless of recovery.
